AFFI ERY PLUS Anti-A (IgM) reagents are prepared from the supernatant of IgM type of murine hybridoma. It has “A” antigens on the red blood cells with Anti-B antibodies in the plasma. A positive test result is observed when the red blood cells agglutinates with Anti-A and Anti-AB reagents, indicating the presence of the corresponding antigens. Conversely, a negative test result is obtained when there is no clumping of red blood cells with Anti A, and Anti AB reagents, indicating the absence of the corresponding antigens.
