InviLisa® Sesame ELISA Kit

The InviLisa® Sesame ELISA Kit is designed for quantitation of low levels of sesame in raw materials, environmental swab samples, and fresh, processed and heated food products. This assay utilises polyclonal antibodies to specifically detect the mixture of proteins present in soluble extracts of sesame. The 96 well kit includes four sesame standards and has a Limit Of Detection (LOD) of 0.1 mg sesame/kg and a quantitation range of 2.0 – 20 mg sesame/kg.
